Rodent Removal… Something Stinks… Help!
What’s that smell? Its unmistakable. Let’s face it. Something is dead – and you know it.
One of the less glamorous parts of the Perth pest control industry is removing dead mice, rats and possums from roof voids, sub-floors, underneath buildings and cavity walls. But as they say – “someone’s gotta do it!”. Whether you have thrown some baits around yourself or paid a professional. The truth is – sometimes a rodent just doesn’t make it out of its nesting place before the “long nap” and unluckily just dies in an inconvenient place leaving an unbearable smell.
What can I do about that smell you ask?
Short of relocating the family, selling the house and moving interstate – the answer is simple. Locate the smell & remove it. Simple. You can throw cans of bathroom aerosols at the room in question for days, maybe even buy a fancy new vanilla and sandalwood scented wall plug in and turn it up to 11 and it won’t work. You need the rodent removed. Fast. Real fast.
We do have a few tricks up our sleeve though, when the rare occasion occurs when we can’t reach the carcass. This includes heavy duty, industrial grade, deodoriser bags that will eliminate that stench.
Can you come today?
In almost all cases we will provide a same day service to locate and remove & you can even pay later. Like life, these situations have a habit of happening at the worst possible time… The in-laws are on their way over for tea, the bank accounts drained, or – the big games on and my theatre room smells like a tip site. So here at Envirapest we place an extremely discrete and very high importance on this unfortunate issue for all of our customers.
What’s included in the service?
- Locate & Remove from the site entirely
- Deodorise and disinfect the affected area
- Commercial grade deodoriser bag. These things work! They are used for racoons in the states.
- Treat any unwanted flies or maggots with a safe water based product if required.
